Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon my Darlings. For today’s post, I have decided to share a list of my five current favorite Yoga YouTube Channels! I am not ranking these channels, but they are all channels I have been regularly using in my rotation of videos for my daily morning yoga for at least a year now. I wanted to share them with my readers because I truly adore the content put out by these creators and if you are as big a lover of yoga as I am, I think you will enjoy at least one of these channels! Without further ado, let’s look at the five channels.
THE YOGI WITCH (https://www.youtube.com/@theyogiwitch)
~This has been one of my absolute favorite Yoga channels since I first discovered the channel over two years ago! Bethany is a very down-to-earth and fun instructor. I love how she blends magick and yoga to make for a very enchanting experience on the mat!
YOGA WITH KASSANDRA (https://www.youtube.com/@yogawithkassandra)
~I have always had this channel in the mix of my morning Yoga sessions for well over three years at this point. Kassandra is a very soothing and comforting instructor making for a great experience. Plus I love that she has a plethora of ten-minute morning sessions that are ideal for mornings when you are low on time!
BRETT LARKIN YOGA (https://www.youtube.com/@BrettLarkinYoga)
~This is another channel I have been in the mix of my morning yoga session rotations for at least three or so years. Brett is super nurturing in her instruction style. I love how diverse her videos are when it comes to the length and style of yoga, and her channel is a favorite when I’m in the mood for Kundalini Yoga!
MOON MEDICINE YOGA (https://www.youtube.com/@moonmedicineyoga)
~This is the newest channel on this list, both in how long I have been having the videos in my morning yoga rotation, and also in how long the channel has been around. The channel has been going for a little under two years, and I have had this channel in my rotation for a little over a year now. I love that these yoga videos are themed with the phases of the moon and the seasons, with even the poses renamed to fit the theme of the sequence!
BOHO BEAUTIFUL YOGA (https://www.youtube.com/@bohobeautiful)
~This is a lovely channel that has videos filmed all over the world, which makes the look of the videos really amazing! I will say this is a channel I turn to when I want more challenging content, as many of the videos do skew more advanced, but it is very enjoyable to be challenged and achieve new goals in your yoga practice.
