Swimming Under the Golden Glow

Bright Golden Orb in the sky

Summer Sunshine is on high

Oh, it is a wondrous time to be alive

Swimming like a Mermaid in the Sea is how I thrive

Yes, oh yes, this is bliss

It is a time of communion I would never miss

As the Sun begins to set

I swim a little longer, having a time I will never forget

The Sunset washes the Sea in colors that set the soul free

A smile is on my face, as I see the vision before me

Slowly swimming to the shoreline

A feeling that is sublime

As I bid a fond farewell to the Sea

That has set my heart free!
