Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon, my Darlings.   For today’s Femme Fatale Friday post, I will be sharing a reflection on the Enchantress as an Oracle and my work as a Mermaid Mystic!

With the Summer at its peak, it makes me think of the fact that most people think of Summer as the season of the Mermaids.   I have to agree with that sentiment; however, I do not think that this is the only season of the Mermaids, as I work intimately with them all year long (daily, to be honest).   So, that concept combined with the fact that tomorrow is the day I will be performing in-person Tarot Readings at my local Pagan Pride Day Festival has me thinking about Oracular Work as a Mermaid Mystic!

I go by the title of Enchantress because, as a Faery Witch who works closely with Mermaids and the Sacred Waters, the term Enchantress has a much more appealing energy to it than simply going by Witch alone.   Enchantress signals the Fae and Mermaidy energy well, as one who weaves enchantments and communes with the Otherworld.   Beyond that, I think that Enchantress is a wonderful word to describe my own work as an Oracle.   After all, much of my work is rooted in my own connection with the Otherworld, and this is ever more pronounced when I am performing Channeled Readings!

Of course, my connection with the Mermaids goes far deeper than the fact that I work as a Professional Priestess, Enchantress, Witch, and Oracle.   Yes, I consider my work as an Oracle to be rooted in Mermaid Mysticism and the enchantment of the aquatic realms.  However, I am also an Incarnated Mermaid, so my Oracular Work is likewise deeply rooted in my connection to my Soul Origins!   I believe that the reason I am so easily capable of communicating with the Mermaids and other Fae is tied to my nature as an Incarnated Mermaid.

So, yes, there is so much magick held within the mantle of working as an Oracle.   It is an ancient tradition to perform Oracular Readings for people.   This is a continued lineage of granting insights to others through Divination.   I am proud to be someone who can relay these messages to people who are seeking greater knowledge!
