Dancing on the Beach: A Poem

Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon, my Darlings.   For today’s blog post, I have decided to share a poem about communing with the tides!

Dancing on the Beach

by Maranda Wabik

Twirling round and round

Laughter singing, what a lovely sound

Dancing barefoot in the sand

Waves lapping wildly onto the land

The beach is calling for delight

Of the energy held within the dancing flight

The song of the Mermaid is heard

As the soul soars on the wings of a bird

The smell of salt water in the air

Oh, how this day has been so fair

Lilting laughter of the Fae

Is heard on this day

The dancing continues unabated

As the fun in the Sun leaves one sated!

~I hope you have enjoyed this short poem.   Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
