Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon, my Darlings.   For today’s blog post, I have decided to discuss embracing Sovereignty and living life as your own Inner Queen or King!

This concept is a powerful way to view living your life on your own terms.   It is also a reminder to rise up out of Princess or Prince energy, that is the youthful energy that is often related to victim mentality.   After all, when we are young, we often lack the ability to truly embrace our lives, to truly take accountability for our own actions.   It is the very lack of accountability that keeps someone in a state of victimhood when you are nothing but a victim of circumstance.   After all, if we are not taking responsibility for our actions, then we are more likely to view ourselves as victims of something, even if it is just a victim of circumstance.   To be clear, this is not referring to someone who was actually victimized, but instead to someone who is young and immature, wanting to blame others for everything that goes wrong.

Now, in order to embrace Sovereignty, to live life as your own Inner Queen or Inner King, you need to take accountability and responsibility for the choices you have made.   That is truly the first step on the way to living a Sovereign life.   Once you take full accountability for your choices, you can branch out to figure out what you want to do in life.

This can mean beginning something that has been a long-held desire.   This can mean moving house.   This can mean beginning a new relationship.   Any leap of faith will aid you in deepening your journey!   You see, when we live in a victim mentality, we are also living based on our fears.   So, to take accountability is the first step; then that will allow us to be fully aware and able to embrace our dreams.   It takes a lot of courage to truly seek out our dreams.   Far too often, we prevent ourselves from achieving anything out of the fear of failure, or even the fear of how life will change if we succeed.   

It is important to note that while we are taking accountability and responsibility and then making changes to seek out our dreams, we must also examine our relationships.   Analyze how your loved ones react to the changes you are seeking to make.   Do they support you, or are they trying to discourage you?   Do they have their own goals and dreams that they are seeking to bring to fruition?   If you do not have the support of your loved ones, and if you are not willing to support them in turn, then it may just be time to re-evaluate your relationships. 

Maybe it is time for you to look into moving house, building a new life for yourself.   Maybe it is the time to start a business.   Maybe it is the time to grow your family.   All of these things are part of planning your life.   Remember to make decisions based on your heart, as to truly live a life from a Sovereign place is to lead from your heart.
