Toasting to the Waters of the Divine: A Poem

Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon, my Darlings.   For today’s blog post, I am sharing a poem about celebrating the Sacred Waters!

Toasting to the Waters of the Divine

by Maranda Wabik

A Chalice raised

A Body of Water praised

Humming with intention

Delight showing on the smile

Which graces my lips

Oh, yes, I have been waiting for this all the while

From all the energetic shifts and dips

Now is the time when my Cup will Overflow

Now is the time to Toast to the Waters

With joy and gratitude

I show my appreciation

For the gifts which the Water has granted

Time and again

I feel the pull

Time and again

It is the Waters that make me feel whole

A laugh escapes my throat

As I reminisce over my love for the Waters

Here’s to you Sacred Waters!

~I hope you have enjoyed this short poem.   Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!

  1. Maranda, this is beautiful! I love how you weave together the imagery of the chalice and the sacredness of water—it feels both reverent and joyful. The lines “Now is the time when my Cup will Overflow” and “It is the Waters that make me feel whole” really resonated with me. There’s such a grounding, celebratory energy in this piece. Thank you for sharing your gift and reminding us to honor the simple, life-giving element of water. Cheers to the Sacred Waters, indeed! 💧✨
