Golden Dreams & Honeyed Blessings: A Poem

Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon, my Darlings.    For today’s blog post, I am sharing a poem about blessings flowing into life!

Golden Dreams & Honeyed Blessings

by Maranda Wabik

The sparkling Golden Light shines down

The Blessings flow like Honey

After times of challenge and strife

There is progress to relieve that frown

The hard work and consistent effort bring in money

The openness to receiving life

Is finally bringing the blessings

That have been long dreamt of

The Golden Dreams are coming to fruition

Oh, Honeyed Blessings piling up

With a Heart full of Gratitude

I receive the Blessings with Joy

I receive the Blessings without guilt

For this is the culmination of

That which has been long worked for

The culmination of constancy

The culmination of never giving up Hope

Oh, yes, Hope and Belief

Hope and Belief are an aid to receptivity

I am full of Gratitude and Joy

I am full of overwhelming relief

That all of the hard work is paying off

I welcome the Honeyed Blessings

Wrought from the Golden Dreams!

  1. Maranda, this is a beautiful and uplifting poem. Thank you for sharing it with us today.

I truly enjoyed the sensory warmth of your imagery—the “Golden Light” and “Honeyed Blessings” create a feeling of richness and sweet abundance that is so satisfying to read. The journey you describe feels very real and earned, moving from “challenge and strife” to the “overwhelming relief” of seeing hard work pay off. The emphasis on constancy, Hope, and Gratitude is a powerful and needed reminder.

My favorite part is the conscious, guilt-free reception:

“I receive the Blessings with Joy
I receive the Blessings without guilt
For this is the culmination of
That which has been long worked for”

This shift from striving to deserving is profound. It’s a celebration not just of the outcome, but of the faithful journey itself. The poem’s rhythm has a flowing, affirming quality that feels like a positive mantra.

A perfect share for a blog post—it leaves the reader feeling inspired and hopeful. Congratulations on your own blessings and on crafting such a joyful piece!

    • I am so glad that my poem resonated with you so deeply! I think we can always use the reminder that, even when we are struggling, there is always hope. Hope and remembering to be grateful for what we have is what puts us in the head space to receive when the trials are over! I am glad that my poem can serve as that reminder for my readers. As always, thank you for reading and commenting!
