Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon, my Darlings.  For today’s post, I will be sharing a poem about the beauty of Summer Waves.

Brilliant Crysalline Waves

Seafoam lapping on the shoreline

The smell of saltwater hanging in the air

Wave after wave crashes, making me feel sublime

The Sea deposits treasures on the beach

Shells and Sea Glass so fair

Collecting the lovely items placed where my hands can reach

Walking barefoot along the shore

The feel of wet sand squishing between my toes

The Ocean sounds calm my soul

I can feel my love for this place in every pore

Wishing I could live in the Sea 

Wishing I could be made of Water

Wishing I could merge my Mermaid Soul

With the crashing waves upon the shore

At least I can feel the energy of the Sea

Which is what makes me feel truly free!
