Basking in the Sun

Golden warm rays pouring over my skin

Shining energy from the Solar Divine

Oh, how lovely to feel the Honeyed warmth

How long my waiting for Spring energy has been

The Sun’s rays make me feel sublime

No longer stuck at home and hearth

I can enjoy the Green energy of Spring

Flowers and Plants abound thanks to the Solar rays

The Solar Faery Queens smile on me

Gifting the bright and shining Sun to bring

The nourishment of growth to our days

I am so grateful to this Solar energy to be

The thing that creates joy

The thing that ignites my Spirit

The thing that sets my Soul Free!
