Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon, my Darlings.   Today’s post is a poem about feeling the first pulls of the Beltane energy of the May Queen!

The Pull of the May Queen

by Maranda Wabik

Petals of the floral bouquet begin to open

The Sun is shining brighter than before

The air is filling with warmth

The sweet scent of the Hawthorn Blossom

Surrounds my body, filling my aura

With the Golden energy of what the May Queen has in store

Petals of Hawthorn falling from the tree

Creates a visual energy of dancing in ways that are awesome

My vision is clouded by the sight of the flora

Floating at the behest of the Queen of May

I feel the light energy of walking on air

Setting my Spirit Free

As I have petals of Hawthorn flowers in my hair

I am blessed to feel the pull of the May Queen so fair!

~I hope you have enjoyed this poem.   Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
