Ode to the Honeybee

Buzzing of tiny wings

Heard in my ear

As the sweet little pollinator flies by

Hearing the sound of a busy Bee

Enchants my heart, as it sings

What a lovely music to hear

Queen of the Honeyed Hive

She is the majesty of the nectar of the flower

She is the creator of the sweet and lovely ambrosia

Honey is the Golden Sugar that aids me to thrive

The buzzy little Bee has immense power

To inspire me to do more than simply survive

Feeling the sense of love for the humble little Bee

Reminds me of the Melissae

Bee Priestesses, full of love and devotion

Oh, to be a Melissa, protecting the Bee

Could that set my soul free?
