Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon, my Darlings.   Today’s blog post is about the High Priestess Archetype and learning to express your devotion and inner Priestess nature going into the New Year!   As a Priestess of Avalon, I do like to explore my own connection to the High Priestess Archetype at different points on the Wheel of the Year.   The New Year is an ideal time to think about what my personal Priestess practice and my connection to expressing my Devotion will look like in 2025.

It is also the perfect time to explore what has come before over the last calendar year.   It has been a big year for me, with launching my business, White Rose of Avalon LLC, found right here on this site.   Offering Enchanted Herbal Teas and Tarot Readings is in itself an act of Devotion to the Faery Queens!   I also launched my Patreon Avalonian Rose Faery Mysteries in 2024, which is another beautiful act of Devotion to the Faery Queens!   And I have so much more that I am working on and planning for 2025, including a class I am hoping to launch in the Spring (but more on that in the coming weeks and months).   So, for me, I am clearly beginning to really get my footing on who I am as a Priestess and expressing myself as such.   There was a time not too long ago when I was so unsure of using the title of Priestess, even though I had a Devotional practice and was regularly writing about the Faery Queen Goddesses to whom I am a Priestess.   In the work I am now doing and the services I am now offering, I am also deepening ever further into the teaching and mentorship side of Priestess energy.   

It is so important to me to be a voice of the Divine Feminine, especially of my beloved Faery Queens, including Morgan le Fay, Blodeuwedd, Guinevere, Melusine, and Rhiannon.   The connection that I have, the deep bonds formed with these beautiful Faery Queen Goddesses, is my connection to the High Priestess Archetype.   Of course, Morgan le Fay and Melusine both have connections to Priestess energy and the nurturing of the spiritual journey of others, making this High Priestess connection even deeper.   While the other Goddesses I mentioned are not as deeply connected to the High Priestess Archetype, holding much more Empress energy, the relationship and Devotion to them is still activating a High Priestess energy!

At the end of the day, I know that my own connection to the Faery Queens has been getting ever deeper as I am now not working a day job, instead devoting my time to a spiritual business and my artistic pursuits (like the poetry I often post).   The High Priestess is the intuitive channel for the Divine, the one who can receive and share messages from other realms.   Much like how I discussed the Queen of Cups yesterday, but being a Major Arcana Archetype, the High Priestess holds this energy even more deeply!
