Channel of the Goddess: A Poem

Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon, my Darlings.   Today’s post is a poem about becoming a Channel of the Goddess through Oracular work!

Channel of the Goddess

by Maranda Wabik

The glassy surface of the Lake

Lovely vision of which I partake

Frozen Waters turn liquid icy

Becoming a Silvered Mirror

Shining visions appear

Shimmering light by the Moon’s Gleam

Pulls me into a Dream

There is more to this life than it may seem!

Scry the Surface of the Waters

Memories trapped in icy wonder

Seeking to remember what has been torn asunder

Deeply moved by Oracluar Trance

Makes my mind spin in a dance

As I prance

Swept up in a feeling

That leaves me reeling

Oh, what a beautiful thing it is

To be a

Channel of the Goddess!

Note on Image: The image at the top of the post is a Waterhouse painting that I think embodies some of the energy of this poem.   I found this artwork on https://posterfoundry.com/john-william-watterhouse-danades-poster-12×18/.
