Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon my Darlings. Today’s post is another special update on my progress in setting up my business. I have officially been approved to have a wholesale account with a leading herbal distributor! That means that they are going to be my source for all of my herbs. I have so much respect for them as a company, as they have sustainability and environmental concerns as cornerstones of their business plan!
I have already ordered my first batch of Herbs to blend my specially crafted Herbal Teas which are truly Enchanted Botanicals. As soon as they come in, I will be able to begin blending and packaging. I am so beyond thrilled, as this puts me in a position to live out my dream of launching my line of Herbal Teas very soon! My list of Herbal Teas I will be launching with includes seven blends. I chose to have seven blends because I wanted that very enchanting Faery number of seven, and I did not want to overwhelm myself with more blends than that to start with!
I have also added my official Herbal FAQ Page to the site in order to help you decide on which blends may be best for you. The Herbal FAQ page has all of the basic information on each herb used in my seven blends, indications, contraindications, and actions. I also have a list of other questions that potential customers may wonder about, like how to steep Loose Leaf Herbal Tea (which is what I will be selling). You steep loose-leaf herbal tea in an infuser or using a mesh strainer (to easily separate the loose herbs from the water) and herbal teas are steeped for ten minutes at the boiling point. If you want your tea less strong the minimum steeping time is seven minutes, but they can also be steeped longer to gain the ultimate benefits from the herbs!
