A Faery Witch’s Autumn

Change is in the air
Evolution that is so fair
Transformation has begun
Oh, how this excitement is so fun
Temperature goes from boiling hot to cool and crisp
Leaves slowly change from green
Turning to red, orange, yellow, and gold
My delight at this is a sight to behold
The whole world begins to become awash with
The aroma of apple and pumpkin spice
The cozy warmth of sweaters
Makes for perfect comfort
Now is the burgeoning of
The truly Happiest Time of the Year
Autumn is making herself known
Fall energy is deeply shown
My adoration of Horror and the Gothic
Is in fashion as we welcome in
The Spookiest Time of the Year
That is right,
It’s the Season of the Witch!
