Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon my Darlings.   Today’s post is about meeting the Queen of Elphame within us all, to Embrace Your Inner Elf!    I will break down some of my favorite tips to Embrace My Inner Elf below.   Without further ado, let’s look at my tips!

Tip 1: WORK ON YOUR CONNECTION TO NATURE

~The first tip I have to connect to the Queen of Elphame energy is to work on forging a deep connection to nature.   The whole nature of Elphame, Elves, and Faery beings in general is one of being deeply in line with the Natural World and the Natural Cycles.    That means, spending time in nature and time breathing in fresh air, walking barefoot in the grass, and meditating in nature, are some of the best ways to tap into the Queen of Elphame energy!

Tip 2: MEDITATE TO FOCUS ON ELPHAME

~The second tip goes hand in hand with the first.   But this one is just about the meditating on the nature of Elphame, without the need to do so outdoors!   I always view meditation as one of the best ways to access other realms and embrace magick.   

Tip 3: DEEPEN INTO YOUR INNER FAE-BLOOD

~The third tip is to deepen into any Fae-blood you may have been born with.    The best way I have found to do this is to meditate to gain access to my Ancestors, especially my Faery Queen Ancestresses (for more information on Faery Queen Ancestresses you can check out my Patreon, as I did a whole post focused on that subject)!

Tip 4: READ FAERYLORE

~The fourth tip is to read more old Faerylore, in the form of ballads, as well as in old collections of lore collected by scholars.    Getting to know old Faerylore is one of the best ways to get to know how the world of Elphame functions!

Tip 5: READ FAERY LITERATURE & FAIRYTALES

~The final tip is to read more Faery Literature and fairytales.    This is a great way to learn how the fictional interpretations of Faery and Elphame lend to the truth of how these Otherworlds function and the rules and principles that govern them.    In fact, many people who work with the Fae often believe that certain authors of Faery Literature have had contact with the Fae themselves, making their writing all the more impactful!   At the end of the day, gaining more knowledge through research is always a great idea!
