Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon my Darlings.   Today’s post is a poem about the flora and fauna of Springtime slowly coming alive as Winter is at its end!

Vernal Flora & Fauna

Open the window

Breathe in the sun

Fresh winds blow through the home

Creating a space for fun

Smells of wild nature in bloom

Crisp air losing its Winter bite

Mother Nature is awakening with all her might

Our plight of cold days spent indoors is nearly at its end

Perfect weather of true Temperance

Is blossoming around us

We need not make a fuss

As the first signs of life

Begin to penetrate the earthen soil

Seeds just starting to emerge after taking root

Flora & Fauna become more visible

In daily life

Ah, Springtime is truly rife

Fertile with abundance

As Mother Nature

Explodes with colorful creative energy!
