Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon my Darlings.  For today’s post, I am announcing that my fourth annual Love Week is beginning tomorrow!   For my newer readers, I would like to explain that each year in the week leading up to Valentine’s Day I do a full theme week of Love related posts.   This year, I have decided to have a specific theme for Love Week, just like how last year I had the week themed with all posts about Beauty & the Beast.   For 2024, I have decided that my theme will be Royal Romance!

I do hope to continue the tradition of narrowing my theme for each Love Week moving forward, and I hope that this theme of Royal Romance will be interesting for my readers.   I thought going with a historical theme would make for a truly romantic week, as we have both the romance of the past and the romance of the actual love stories being discussed!   I cannot wait to see what everyone thinks, and to see how my annual theme weeks for both Love Week in February and Gothic Week in October continue to evolve as my website grows.

For Royal Romance Week, I will be doing a post about one iconic love story set in a Royal Court each day.   I hope all of my Darling readers will follow me on this odyssey of iconic Royal Romance historical tales each day of the coming week!   I am also interested in whether or not anyone can guess some of the love stories I will be featuring.   What Royal Romance are you hoping to see included?   Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
