Do Not Fear Shadows

I do not fear the Shadows

For I can be a light in the Darkness

Inky Black Sky above

On a Moonless Night

Where the only path forward 

Is the light of the Soulfire of my Heart

Emotions well up

Fear, Dread, Uncertainty, Confusion

Deep breaths prevent hyperventilation

As I remember that I have

The light within to weather the storm

This may not be the norm

But my Shadows take form

By the Light of my Soul

After all, 

We can only see Shadows

By illuminating them!

I have alchemized the fear & pain

Into Magick not done in Vain!

This is how I no longer fear the Shadows!
