Goddess of the Sea: A Poem

Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon my Darling readers!   Today’s post is a poem about finding yourself in the depths of the Sea.

Goddess of the Sea

by Maranda Wabik

Siren’s Song piques my interest

As Night Dark Waves

Lap against the shore in

 A constant Ebb & Flow

I do not feel low as

I follow the iridescent glow

Of a scaled tail

Inviting me to take the plunge

Into the Sea’s depths

I find that I can breathe Underwater,

As I greet my Mermaid friends

We swim deeper and deeper

Until we come to their

Underwater Faeryland of Enchantment

I am taken to join

The revelries in honor of the

Goddess of the Sea

A feeling of coming home washes over me!
