Welcome back to White Rose of Avalon my Darling readers!   For today’s post, I have decided to do a review of the most recent Oracle deck that I have received.   It is The Avalonian Oracle by Jhenah Telyndru.   Now, regular readers here will know just how deeply I respect Jhenah Telyndru’s work.    I just recently wrote a review on her most recent book, which was absolutely incredible for someone like me who adores all things about Avalon!    This is especially true given her lengthy section in that work that focused on my beloved Morgan le Fay.    It may seem shocking that I just got my hands on this deck, but I have had it on my wishlist for years!   I got the deck as an early birthday present from my husband Andrew (that is two months early, but we enjoy giving each other gifts early like this).

This deck has all of the elements of Jhenah Telyndru’s Sisterhood of Avalon tradition.    It works as an in-depth guide through the system of personal development that her books explain in detail.   Essentially, this Oracle is a great tool for deepening the spiritual connection to the cycles of Avalon as she writes about them and utilizes them in her tradition!    I am so thrilled to finally have the third, and as far as I know, final, Avalon-based deck that I did not already own.   This one is so hauntingly beautiful and encouraging on the journey of working through developing your own spiritual practice that my first reading for myself with it actually made me cry!    The nourishing of the soul along with the help in digging into the depths of personal shadows makes this deck a must-own for those that work deeply in the shadowy and Faery realms.
