For today’s post, I have decided to share a poem that I have written about shadow work.
Shadow Soul

Shift of Energy
The air begins to Crackle
The wick begins to Sparkle
Consciousness deepens
As I find myself relaxed
I am ready to enter
A Deeper State of Being
Awareness drops into
My Heart as I focus
On the beats and
My breathing steadies
Long slow inhales
And even slower exhales
Bringing my mind to
STILLNESS
This is the point of
Inner Knowing that
Allows me to pick up
On deeply hidden
Shadow Truths,
I see the light in my
SHADOW SOUL!
