Sleeping Beauty: A Poem

For today’s post, I have decided to share a poem about my favorite faerytale.

Sleeping Beauty

by Maranda Wabik

Aurora,

Goddess of the Dawn

Briar Rose,

Beauty that makes men Fawn

Sleeping Beauty,

Tale told millions of times

Sometimes via elaborate rhymes

Phillip,

Prince who slayed the Enchanted Dragon

Their Love was True

Maleficent,

Magnificent Villainess,

Dark Faery,

Cursed a princess as a babe

But do we know the

TRUE TALE

These three are Forever

ENTWINED

Via the magick of

Their Faerytale Origins!
