Blessed Imbolc: A Poem

For today’s post, I have decided to share a poem about today’s holiday of Imbolc!

Blessed Imbolc

by Maranda Wabik

Nymphs dancing

Barefoot in the Woodland

Sisters moving

Hand in hand

Energies raised

As frosty days

Slowly give way

To melting ice

Now is the time

To play nice

In the Faery Wood

Fires are being lit

To the Goddess Brigid

For today is her

Namesake day

Which is why

Woodland Fae

Rejoice

Lifting voices

To the sky

I cannot lie

When I say

Blessed Imbolc to All!

~I hope that you have enjoyed this poem.   I also hope that you have a very magical Imbolc!   Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
