Wow, I cannot believe that it is already my second anniversary writing here on White Rose of Avalon! The experience of working on this blog has been one that has made me feel so accomplished, as I have gotten such a large outpouring of support from my readers. In the last year, my blog has grown to include so much content, including more poetry than ever. I also have been writing more Faery Lifestyle work that has been getting a lot of positive feedback. Last Summer I began to post my YouTube content on my channel Enchantress of Avalon again, after a six-month hiatus. This decision to post videos more frequently has been a charmed one, as it also got my blog posts to a different audience!
The amount of views, likes, and visitors over the second year of White Rose of Avalon had increased so much that I felt elated at having reached so many lovely people! At the end of the day, I began this blog to share my written art, opinions, passions, and knowledge with anyone who was interested. I was pleasantly surprised to find just how many people were in fact, interested. My second year proved to be such a greater amount of success than my first, making me truly intrigued to learn what my third year here at White Rose of Avalon will bring! What I know is that I will continue to post magical, mystical, Faery content that I hope will resonate with people.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I started a Discord Server over the last year. I have links to join in a couple of posts where I mentioned it and on some of the pages here on White Rose of Avalon. It is still a very small server that I began a few months ago, but I would love to connect with my readers more this way! I will post the link to join the server at the end of the post. It is the only way to vote on certain things. For instance, I will be posting a question there today asking for opinions on what the specific theme should be for Love Week. For those that do not know, Love Week is an annual love and romance theme week here (February 8-14) and this year I want to make the theme less broad. If you want to be able to join in the discussion a little more deeply on subjects I write about here, consider joining my Discord Server, Gothic Faery Wonderland!
