For today’s post, I have decided to share a poem about being cozy inside watching a steady snowfall.
Watch the Snow

Snow falling in a blanket
As I am cozy inside
Watching the flakes accumulate
I can hide in my cocoon
No need to leave anytime soon
The wintery time of reflection
Comes over me
Watching the flakes
Brings me into a meditative state
I cannot sate my thirst
For candlelight
And cozy nights
Now is the time
TO REST
TO REFLECT
TO LOOK INTO THE SHADOWS
TO COMFORT OURSELVES
TO CHERISH OUR BLESSINGS
Watching the snowfall
From safe inside
Is a blessing in and of itself!
