For today’s post, I have decided to do a countdown of the most fun female villains on the television show The Vampire Diaries! Some of them grew out of villain hood to become sort of anti-heroines.
Number 5: Rebekah Mikaelson
~Rebekah is a unique case of a bitchy antagonist who can be seen as a villain, as she did kill Elena and all, but is more of a fun mean girl than a true villain! I actually adore Rebekah, as I have said in the past, but could not ignore that she began as a villain!
Number 4: Esther Mikaelson
~Esther wins for Vampire Diaries Universe Worst Mother Award! She turned her children into vampires and then tried to kill them because they were “abominations of nature.” It was literally her fault, yet they would have died! Talk about terrible parenting choices!
Number 3: Qetsiyah aka Tessa
~She was the two-thousand-year-old witch that imprisoned the man that broke her heart. She is really a prime example of the old adage Hell-Hath-No-Fury like a woman scorned!
Number 2: The Sirens
~These are sirens who sing their songs and lead people to utter ruin. It truly is sirens as they were feared in the ancient world! Sybil and Selene are both pretty horrible women that you would not want to cross!
Number 1: Katherine Pierce aka Katerina Petrova
~Who else but the one and only Katherine could have placed at number one here? The answer is no one! She is the woman who tore Stefan and Damon apart, turned them, and faked her death. She killed Caroline, she was willing to sell anyone out to save her own ass, oh and she literally seduced Cade! Cade, who was the literal Devil, was under her thumb! She went to Hell and ended up as Queen. No one else but Katherine could have pulled that one off!
