Hello my Lovely readers!   Welcome to day one of Poetry Week!  As we deepen further into the dark half of the year I wanted to post a poem I wrote about the coming of the winter season!

Winter in the Air

A nip in the air,

A single snowflake,

Wind picks up and musses my hair,

The home becomes a cozy lair,

Yule time cheer begins,

This is the beginning of Winter.

Time to bid sad goodbye to Autumn.

Time to prepare for Yule gifts.

Time to spend with loved ones!
